I've been real estate investing with Arrived for about 15 months now and I've been very happy with the results. I love the ability to choose the properties I want to invest in, but if you want a more hands-off approach, there are funds in which you can purchase shares and get exposure to multiple properties. Being able to invest smaller amounts into more properties has less risk than buying your own rental and managing a property (and the people who live there). I love that they went to monthly payouts this year from quarterly and the ability to keep funds (including dividends) in a wallet so that they can easily be (re)invested is very convenient.

Fantastic platform. Easy to use. Clear and concise instructions. Ample information about the investment properties is provided. There are always properties available in which to invest (which I can definitely attest to the fact that similar platforms NEVER have properties available). You choose how much you are able to invest for as little as $100. Great way to invest in real estate without needing a lot of capital or time and ability to spend on maintaining the properties.

Good communication. I wanted to diversify into real estate via crowdfunding. Arrived had the best vehicle for me to begin. Company is transparent and do what they say they are going to do. The platform offers different options for investment. Only request is for the business to include an option for multifamily and commercial real estate opportunities.

While I may not have thousands to invest, even setting aside $100 a week or month can make a meaningful difference.

They invest in real estate, and also offer real estate loans. The investment choices are individual homes, a single-family-home fund, and a credit fund. Dividends are paid monthly at varying rates (my experiences are around 3 1/2% for the single-family fund, around 5 1/2 % for the one individual home I've invested in, and around 8 1/4% for the private credit fund).

It’s a great way to diversify your portfolio. Real estate is not an easy venture to just dive in with multiple barriers. This platform is good for a novice or with someone with a small starting capital. It’s still an investment and there is no guarantee that your money will grow or dissipate. The business concept is solid if it is managed well. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it is a relatively new company.

Arrived gives the average investor access to real estate investing. The returns on individual properties average dividends of about 5% (2% up to maybe 6.5%) while also building equity in the underlying house for investors. They also have a private credit fund opportunity that is averaging around 8.5% as of this review.
