How Does Arrived Work?

Arrived makes investing in real estate investments through our website.

First, Signup and fill out your account details.

• Browse Available Investments - You can browse the available individual properties, Single Family Residential Fund, Real Estate Income Fund and a City Fund.

• Sign & Invest - You then fund your purchase by connecting your bank account and signing the proper documentation that grants you ownership of those shares.

• Earn Income & Appreciation potential - Investors can earn dividends from rental income. Currently, we pay out investors monthly. If a property is sold after the investment hold period, investors can earn appreciation if the property value goes up. Dividends will be distributed directly back to your Cash Balance. Also, investors can earn cash returns by collecting interest payments on the loans, which is also distributed on a monthly basis.

Arrived will take care of all the operational logistics of managing the homes: including working with tenants, managing any maintenance needs, and keeping track of accounting, insurance, and annual tax returns.
