# What does it mean when a property is fully funded?

The **Fully Funded** tag means that all of the equity on this property has been purchased and no longer available to invest in.

**Note:** Often times a property can move in and out of being fully funded due to immediate cancellations or investor bank errors that take place. For example, a bank error from an investor could include insufficient funds.
